What kinds of orders can Autofy track?+
Any order that can't leave the store today: special and custom orders, backorders, pre-orders, repairs, and layaway or deposit orders. They share one board, one tracking link and the same customer emails.
Do my staff have to keep orders up to date?+
Only once, when they take the order. Supplier emails do the rest: forward them, or set a rule that forwards them. When Autofy isn't sure which order an email belongs to, it asks by email and one tap answers.
What does it cost?+
$149 a month plus a one-time $750 setup that includes your logo, your own tracking domain and your open orders. Pay for the year and it's $1,490, two months free, with setup at $499. Month to month otherwise, no contract.
Do we need Shopify, Lightspeed or WooCommerce?+
No. Supplier emails move orders along, and on those three platforms arrivals flag themselves too. On Square, Clover or anything else, staff tap once when a delivery lands.
What happens to the orders we already have?+
We load every open order at setup, so you go live with them already tracked.
Will the emails look like they're from us?+
Yes. They go out in your store's name with your logo and colours, and link to a tracking page on your own web address.
